Available only at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
Service duration: 3 hours max.
Butler meets at designated point and escorts to/from transport.
Baggage limit: 2 checked bags per person (max 25kg each). Extra baggage charged additionally.
One-time change allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled time, subject to availability.
If airline delays/changes occur, provide proof. We will reassign or refund based on availability.
No-show policy: If a passenger misses the scheduled meet and is unreachable, no refund will be provided.
Available only for international arrivals.
Seating capacity: 2 passengers per buggy (plus 1 child under 5 per adult).
Only passengers listed on the reservation may ride.
Buggy not available at Gates D4, D6, or Bus Gates due to proximity to immigration.
Refunds for unavailable buggy rides will take 30–45 business days.
For bookings made via partners or promotion codes, refund/modification terms depend on the partner's policy.
