Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Thai Tourism, we aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund terms. Each product, tour, attraction, or service listed on our platform comes with its own specific cancellation policy, which is clearly mentioned on the individual package page. Please ensure that you carefully read the cancellation policy for each package before booking.
General Cancellation Rules
Tour, Attraction & Experience Bookings
- Unless otherwise specified, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of visit or participation to be eligible for a refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date, or in case of no-shows.
Private Transfers & Taxi Services
- In case of a no-show (failure to appear at the pickup point without prior notice), no refund will be issued.
- Waiting charges may apply if the driver has to wait beyond the standard grace period (usually 15–30 minutes, depending on the service).
- Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect pickup information or late arrival may be chargeable and non-refundable.
Hotel & Accommodation Bookings
- Cancellation terms vary by hotel and room type. Please refer to the individual booking page for specific conditions.
- Non-refundable rates, once booked, cannot be cancelled or changed.
Packages with Special Conditions
- Some experiences and event tickets may be labeled as non-refundable or non-cancellable regardless of notice period. These terms are binding once the booking is confirmed.
Important Notes
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation, subject to the original payment method and applicable processing fees (if any).
- Partial refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated in the package.
- In the event of operator cancellation due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
- Modifications to bookings (such as date or participant changes) are subject to availability and operator approval and may involve additional charges.
