Payment failures can occur for several reasons, including: • Bank authentication issues (OTP or 3-D Secure not completed) • Insufficient card limit or balance • Incorrect card details entered • Temporary payment gateway timeout • Bank restrictions on online or international transactions You may try the following: • Retry payment using the same card after completing authentication • Use a different card or payment method • Contact your bank to ensure online or international payments are enabled If the amount was deducted from your account but the booking was not confirmed, please wait 10–30 minutes. In most cases, failed transactions are automatically reversed by your bank.
