What happens to Rewards if I cancel or get a refund?

If you cancel a booking and receive a refund: • Any Rewards earned from that booking will not be credited • If you used Rewards on that booking, they may be returned to your Rewards balance, subject to the applicable policy and expiry conditions Returned Rewards will reflect in your Dashboard → Rewards once processed.
