My booking is completed but Rewards are missing. What should I do?

If your booking shows as “Completed” but Rewards have not appeared: • Refresh the Rewards page • Ensure the correct currency is selected • Confirm that the booking status is marked as “Completed” in Dashboard → Bookings • Check whether the product was eligible for Rewards earning If the Rewards are still missing after 24 hours, please contact customer support and provide your Booking Reference/ID for review.
