I haven’t received my booking email/WhatsApp message. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder and search for “The Thai Tourism” Make sure your email/WhatsApp number is correct in your profile If you are logged in, download the voucher directly from Dashboard → Bookings If still missing, contact support with Booking Ref/ID
