Shared Transfers: How Pickup Works

If you select a package with Shared Transfers, pickup details are confirmed in advance via WhatsApp/email. Please be ready and wait at your hotel lobby at the confirmed time. The driver will wait only 5 minutes, and if you do not show, the booking is treated as used and no refund applies. Shared pickups may be slightly early/late due to routing, which is normal for shared services.
