Your morning starts with pickup in Bangkok and a comfortable ride toward the historic heart of the city. At the Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew (Emerald Buddha Temple), step into Thailand’s most important royal complex—golden spires, ornate murals, and ceremonial halls that showcase the craftsmanship of the Kingdom. Inside the temple grounds, you’ll visit the revered Emerald Buddha, a national treasure with deep cultural significance. Please note: a strict dress code applies at the Grand Palace—shoulders and knees must be covered. (If you arrive underdressed, you may need to rent or purchase appropriate clothing at the entrance.)

Next, continue to Wat Pho, home of the famous Reclining Buddha. The scale is unforgettable—gold leaf, mother-of-pearl details, and a peaceful temple atmosphere. Wat Pho is also known as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage, and you’ll see the calm courtyards and chedis that make it one of Bangkok’s most photogenic temples. After Wat Pho, it’s time for a classic Bangkok moment: a scenic ferry crossing over the Chao Phraya River to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn).
